Jaimie Rose, MA, BCBA

Remote Clinical Supervisor

Jaimie became BCBA certified through the University of Northern Colorado. She has completed further Caregiver Training and enjoys challenging current understandings of the most effective and supportive approaches within different treatments. Yoga and traveling are some activities that Jaimie likes to do in her own time. 


Kirsten Arbogast, MA, BCBA

Pod Leader

After achieving a Master's of Music at Colorado State University, Kirsten is currently completing her BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. She is a certified RBT and Music Therapist. She loves working with early learners and those with severe communication deficits. She is particularly interested in collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team. Her hobbies include fishing, hiking, camping, and all things outdoors. 



Jordan Connolly, MA, LPC

Mental Health Coordinator 

Jordan received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Capella University. In addition to this she completed her BCBA Certificate at the Florida Institute of Technology. Her interest in ABA lies in working in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In her free time, she enjoys being surrounded by nature with her mountain pups and family, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and camping.

Shayla Honkanen, MA

Pod Leader

Shayla holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is a certified RBT. She is looking towards becoming a BCBA and is interested in increasing the fluency between schools and clinics, including the Individual Education Plan process. A lover of the outdoors, Shayla enjoys rafting, snowboarding and sports in addition to reading.  

Kate Ocheing, MA

Site Coordinator 

Kate graduated with Bachelor's of Art and a Masters of Science from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. A specialist in behavior and autism, she worked as an Autism Waiver Consultant in Arkansas. In a own time she likes to cook, shop, lead girl scouts, and to camp outdoors. 

Lindsay Landers, BS

Consultant in Training

Lindsay received the degree of Bachelor's in Fine Arts and a K-8 teaching certificate. The field of ABA is fascinating to her and she cannot wait to learn more. When she has spare time, she likes to paint, paddle board, hike, travel and see live music. 

Kylie Lane
Registered Behavior Technician 

& Site Coordinator

Kylie is enrolled in a Bachelor’s of Early Childhood Education at Colorado Mountain College. She has always loved working with children and likes to teach people new things. She is excited to start her journey as a behavior technician. Kylie likes to bake, do yoga, ski and fly fish too. 

Connor Wilson, BS

Consultant in Training

Connor graduated with a Bachelors in Science from University of Pittsburgh, and is currently enrolled in his master's program at University of West Florida. Connor has been working as an RBT for the past three years. Connor believes in client-centered programming, assent, and self determination to help our clients choose what they value in their life and access those in a functional manner. In his spare time, you can find Connor riding his mountain bike, camping, fishing, or reading a book by the water. 

Veronica Forbes
Consultant in Training

Veronica is currently enrolled in Purdue Global University pursuing BCaBA certification. Veronica enjoys assisting children and adults with behavioral needs. Veronica establish positive relationships with clients to individualize treatment methods and provide effective reinforcements to spark intrinsic motivation. In her free time, Veronica likes to snowboard, playing violin, and riding horses. 

Madison Curgus

Behavior Technician

Madison holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Arkansas. Her experience as a peer mentor for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities from elementary school through college ignited her passion for ABA therapy. She is dedicated to helping children develop the skills and tools necessary for a fulfilling and happy life. In her spare time, Madison enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and discovering new coffee shops. 

Jaime Woodall

Consultant in Training

Jaime comes to us with over 12 years of teaching experience. She holds a B.A. in English from La Sierra University. She is currently pursuing her MS in ABA in addition to an MS in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University to further enhance her expertise in ABA. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jaime enjoys learning even more about psychology, listening to music, and traveling.
