Marissa Schumacher, MS, BCBA


Consultant

Marissa completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Springs (UCCS) and earned her graduate degree from Capella University. She is passionate about helping individuals learn to communicate through various methods such as verbal communication, sign language, PECS, visual cards, and AAC devices. Additionally, she focuses on mental health for clients and caregivers, as well as trauma-informed care. In her free time, Marissa enjoys camping with her husband and their dogs, reading, engaging in crafts and art projects, and skiing.

Miranda  Miller
Registered Behavior Technician & Site Coordinator

Miranda is the oldest of four, and is very close with her youngest brother who is on the autism spectrum. She grew up being raised with foster siblings, all with different special needs. She has worked very closely over the years with her brother’s Special Olympics swimming and bowling teams, bonding with all of his amazing teammates and their families. She spent 6 years in the Army National Guard and is a 3rd degree black belt in martial arts. When she is not spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her 10 rescue dogs. 

Jamie Wolfgang, MA

Consultant in Training

Jamie earned a Masters of Science from Nova Southeastern University and is RBT certified. She is currently enrolled on a BCBA course at the University of Cincinnati. She has a special interest in clients with conduct disorders and neurological atypicalities that have higher chances of committing criminal offenses. Jamie loves to read and play with her dogs (Chuck and Libbie). Jamie is an avid reader and enjoys visiting National Parks with her wife and two dogs.

Rhoda Myers, BA


Registered Behavior Technician

Rhoda earned her Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. She has a special interest in working with children in ABA that have a trauma history. As an adoptive parent, she has lived experience with various types of therapies and has seen the positive impact these interventions can have.  Rhoda enjoys reading, cooking, hiking in the mountains, and spending time with her family.

Vashti Siemering, BS

Behavior Technician

Vashti holds an Associates in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelors in Business Accounting, the later from Adams State University. Having a personal connection to Autism, wants to help people with different abilities to know someone understands and is willing to help; that they feel heard and are understood. In her free time, Vashti enjoys reading, puzzles, and spending time with her family. 

Ivory Stephenson


Behavior Technician

Ivory has extensive experience working with children and in a clinical setting at a local Veterans center. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Ivory is interested in understanding how behavior is affected by the environment and how teaching and learning can improve a client’s situational awareness. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, gaming, writing, baking, and hiking.

Behavior Technician

Victoria's passion for special education was sparked by her mom, an adaptive physical education teacher. Growing up, she joined her mother on field trips, witnessing children with differing abilities thrive. With experience as a teacher assistant in an 8:1:1 classroom and internships in special education, Victoria is dedicated to advocacy, particularly for her twice-exceptional son navigating his Autism journey. In her free time, Victoria enjoys karaoke, crafting, photography, hiking, visiting hot springs, and traveling.
