    Jaimie, MA, BCBA

    Remote Clinical Supervisor

    Jaimie studied Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology and University of Northern Colorado, receiving her BCBA certification in 2020. She is committed to challenging current understandings of the most effective and supportive approaches to teaching new skills and promoting meaningful behavior change across the lifespan. In her free time, Jaimie enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, exploring and traveling, and all things outdoors.

    Kirsten, MA, BCBA

    Pod Leader

    After achieving a Master's of Music at Colorado State University, Kirsten is currently completing her BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. She is a certified RBT and Music Therapist. She loves working with early learners and those with severe communication deficits. She is particularly interested in collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team. Her hobbies include fishing, hiking, camping, and all things outdoors.

    Jordan, MA, LPC

    Mental Health Coordinator

    Jordan received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Capella University. In addition to this she completed her BCBA Certificate at the Florida Institute of Technology. Her interest in ABA lies in working in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In her free time, she enjoys being surrounded by nature with her mountain pups and family, hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and camping.

    Shayla, MA, BCBA

    Pod Leader

    Shayla holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is a certified RBT. She is looking towards becoming a BCBA and is interested in increasing the fluency between schools and clinics, including the Individual Education Plan process. A lover of the outdoors, Shayla enjoys rafting, snowboarding and sports in addition to reading.

    Lindsay, BS, BCBA

    Consultant

    Lindsay received the degree of Bachelor's in Fine Arts and a K-8 teaching certificate. The field of ABA is fascinating to her and she cannot wait to learn more. When she has spare time, she likes to paint, paddle board, hike, travel and see live music.

    Apprentice to BCBA

    Connor graduated with a Bachelors in Science from University of Pittsburgh, and is currently enrolled in his master's program at University of West Florida. Connor has been working as an RBT for the past three years. Connor believes in client-centered programming, assent, and self determination to help our clients choose what they value in their life and access those in a functional manner. In his spare time, you can find Connor riding his mountain bike, camping, fishing, or reading a book by the water.

    Veronica

    Apprentice to BCBA & Site Coordinator

    Veronica is currently enrolled in Purdue Global University pursuing BCaBA certification. Veronica enjoys assisting children and adults with behavioral needs. Veronica establish positive relationships with clients to individualize treatment methods and provide effective reinforcements to spark intrinsic motivation. In her free time, Veronica likes to snowboard, playing violin, and riding horses.

    Jessica has prior experience as a Paraprofessional, where she focused on building skills and promoting independence for individuals. With a passion for helping others grow, Jessica strives to support each person in reaching their full potential. Outside of her work, Jessica is a musician.

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Tessa Johnson holds a BS in Psychology and a BS in Criminal Justice from Grand Canyon University. She developed a strong interest in ABA during her studies and is eager to make a positive impact in the field. In her free time, Tessa loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Candra earned her Psychology degree from Black Hills State University, where a class on behavior management first sparked her interest in ABA. Her experience as an RBT deepened that passion, and she’s been committed to the field ever since. When she's not working, Candra enjoys hiking, discovering new coffee spots, and painting.

    KC is currently working toward her RBT certification and holds a paraprofessional license. She studied at The Art Institute and has a strong passion for helping others grow and succeed. Her goal is to support individuals in building the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Outside of work, KC enjoys baking, playing bass guitar, and diving into RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons.

    Avey

    RBT Orientee

    Avey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Colorado College and is fluent in Spanish. Her interest in ABA therapy began during her undergraduate studies, where she explored behavioral approaches to learning and development. With prior experience working with children through babysitting and tutoring, Avey is passionate about making a positive impact in the field and is eager to continue learning and growing professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, swimming, ice skating, baking, hiking, reading, and drawing.

    Registered Behavior Technician & Site Coordinator

    Sky serves as an RBT and is a graduate of Western Colorado University. They have a strong interest in self-management and early childhood development, bringing dedication and compassion to their work supporting children’s growth and success. Outside of work, Sky enjoys drawing, carving, and spending time in nature.

    Geneva

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Geneva’s passion for neurodevelopment, delayed speech, and autism stems from both personal and professional experiences. After her son was diagnosed with ASD, Geneva became deeply interested in ABA therapy and began working in special education settings, where she discovered a talent for connecting with young children and those with significant language or functional delays. She also enjoys incorporating sign language into her work to support communication growth. Outside of work, Geneva loves singing, hiking, swimming, painting, drawing, reading, and spending time with her dogs.

    Allie holds an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education from BYU–Idaho. She is passionate about working with individuals from perspectives different than her own and finds joy in encouraging others as they work toward their goals. Allie has lifelong experience supporting individuals with special needs, including a close family member and through her high school special education program, where she helped students develop life skills and a sense of belonging. Inspired by family members who work in ABA, she is excited to continue learning and growing in the field. Outside of work, Allie enjoys reading, writing, rock climbing, hiking, and is currently learning how to ski.
