    Annalisa, MS, BCBA

    Consultant & Pod Leader

    Annalisa moved to the Gunnison Valley in the summer of 2017 and has worked for the Adaptive Sports Center as an outdoor instructor for people of all abilities. She worked for the Gunnison Watershed School District as a Special Education Paraprofessional, and most recently, she worked with the school district in implementing a new behavior program for students with diverse behavioral needs and challenges. As a BCBA, Annalisa is passionate about working with people with disabilities and is excited to pursue her career in ABA.

    Brooke

    Clinic Coordinator

    Brooke is currently studying at Colorado Technical University and brings a personal passion to the field as a proud member of the neurodivergent community. Her curiosity about her own behaviors has fueled a deep interest in how they can be understood, taught, and nurtured in others. In her free time, Brooke enjoys crafting, building with LEGOs, and spending time with her beloved rabbits.

    Abigail, MA

    Pod Leader & Apprentice to BCBA

    Abby earned her Bachelor's of Science from Colorado State University. Abby is also an RBT. Abby is working on her Master's at Colorado State University, Denver and eventual BCBA certification. Her special interest is providing services for Spanish speakers - both clients and parents. She also loves functional communication training. In her own time she is often doing DIY, thrift shopping or hanging out with her dogs and family.

    Jackson

    Apprentice to LPC

    Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Colorado University and Capella University. He is passionate about using behavioral approaches to improve the lives of children. When he’s not working, Jackson enjoys the outdoors—fishing, hiking, rock hounding, and mushroom hunting—along with reading and spending quality time with his family.

  • Victoria

    Apprentice to BCBA

    Victoria holds a BS in Applied Psychology from Colorado Christian University, where she developed a passion for understanding behavior and the factors that shape it. Her experience as a substitute and preschool teacher sparked her interest in behavior strategies and working with children of diverse abilities. These experiences led her to the field of ABA, where she is eagerly growing and helping others develop tools for lasting change. In her free time, Victoria enjoys baking, gardening, photography, painting, and playing board games with her family.

  • Yovanna

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Yovanna is passionate about being a difference-maker, both for her clients' immediate needs and their future success. A highlight of her work has been exploring ASL, sparked by seeing the breakthrough it provided for a client. She is excited to continue learning this "language of connection" to better support her sessions. Outside of her professional life, Yovanna is a true creative who loves doing nails and makeup, and she’s always up for a good show marathon.

  • Nevaeh

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Nevaeh is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Colorado Mesa University. She thrives on the "lightbulb moments" that happen during sessions and is committed to mastering the skills that help our clients succeed. When she isn’t studying or in the clinic, Nevaeh is usually painting, hiking, camping, or hitting the slopes for a ski day, all with her favorite music playing in the background.

  • Riley

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Riley earned her degree from Western Colorado University and was inspired to enter the field of ABA after meeting a young woman with cerebral palsy. Witnessing the positive impact of various types of therapies sparked a passion for helping others through ABA. Outside of work, Riley is an artist who enjoys spending time in the studio or exploring the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, biking around town, or skiing in the winter.

    Stephanie

    Registered Behavior Technician

    Stephanie is currently completing her studies at Whittier Adult School and has a growing interest in the field of ABA. Inspired by friends who have children and grandchildren with autism, she finds it meaningful to learn about their unique personalities and is eager to support individuals in developing important life skills. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her dog and exploring her creativity through painting.

    Emily

    ABAT

    Emily holds a BA in Art Education with a Minor in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Through her experience working with diverse populations of youth, she has developed a strong interest in using behavioral strategies to help children learn, function, and thrive. Emily has seen firsthand the positive impact that thoughtful behavior approaches can have in both individual and group settings. Outside of work, she is an artist, outdoor enthusiast, and passionate supporter of sustainable living who enjoys hiking, climbing, backpacking, reading, and continuously expanding her artistic practice.

  • Lafara

    RBT Orientee

    Lafara a student at Northern Caribbean University. She has a strong interest in ABA and enjoys working with children and adolescents with autism and related developmental disabilities. Lafara is particularly passionate about skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and behavior reduction through ethical, evidence-based practices. She is dedicated to using behavior analysis to improve communication, independence, and overall quality of life while supporting families and caregivers. Outside of her professional interests, Lafara enjoys weight training, cooking, golfing, reading, singing, and hosting friends.

  • Logan

    RBT Orientee

    Logan is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University who is excited to begin his journey in the world of ABA. As a father of two, Logan knows firsthand that life is an adventure. He brings that same patient, adventurous spirit to CAC. When he isn't learning the ropes of behavioral science, you’ll find him hiking, fishing, and teaching his children about the great outdoors, or enjoying a well-deserved video game session in his spare time.
