Nicole Belpedio, MA, BCBA
Consultant & Pod Leader
Nicole attended her undergraduate years at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she received a degree in Psychology and Communication Disorders. She completed her Master's Degree in ABA with Simmons University and is soon to become a fully qualified BCBA. Nicole previously lived in Boston where she had her first hands-on experience with individuals with special needs working as an SLPA. When Nicole isn’t at work, she enjoys live music, hiking, camping, skiing and hanging with friends.
Sarah Pate, MA
Pod Leader
Sarah received her Master’s from Arizona State University in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA. She began her ABA journey providing in-home services, and then moved to center based services for early intervention. She has been in the field for over 5 years and loves working with clients of all ages. In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing outdoors or at the gym, as well as relaxing with her dogs.
Ashley Haberman, MA, BCBA
Pod Leader
Earning a Bachelor's of Science from Colorado State University, Ashley specialized in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Through her undergraduate degree, Ashley became passionate about ABA when working with children with disabilities. Since then, she has completed her Master's in ABA at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She moved back to Colorado to build fulfilling relationships. When she is not running, Ashley loves hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kjersten Grinna, MA
Consultant in Training
Kjersten graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Spanish. Their special interests include skills-based treatment, bilingual teaching models, and adult daily living skills. When they are free, they like to spend time with loved ones and their pets, listen to music, play guitar, screen printing, and being outdoors.
Nicole Foster, MS Ed, BCBA
Consultant
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who holds a master degree in special education. Nicole has served children, adolescents, and adults with autism and their families for over 15 years. She has worked using evidence-based interventions and a developmental approach to provide meaningful, effective treatment. Nicole values intervention that is engaging, naturalistic, incorporates the strengths and interest of the individual and promotes generalization. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, the outdoors, and traveling.
Yoruba Jones, MA
Consultant in Training
Yoruba completed her Bachelor's of Arts in Public Health and Psychology at the University of Colorado. She then graduated from the School of Education at the National University with a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is very interested in early intervention and working with young children to aid their development. She has a strong desire to provide quality service and loves helping people in accomplishing their goals. She loves to read, garden, spend time with her family, and hopes to travel more in the future.
Emily Wessel, MA
Consultant in Training
Emily graduated with a Masters degree in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. A friend told her about the field of ABA and she quickly fell in love with the kiddos and enjoyed being part of their learning journey. Emily believes that learning should be both intentional and fun. She enjoys gradually fading prompts to promote independence and seeing the way kids learn to communicate their wants and needs. With a little over 3 years of experience in the field Emily is looking forward to building valuable skills for our clients. In her own time, Emily likes hiking, tea, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
MiKaila Gunter, BA
Behavior Technician
MiKaila started her career path in 2018, volunteering with her husband at a daytime facility for adults with disabilities. Previously, MiKaila was a primary and high school teacher. While working for Aurora Public Schools, MiKaila got an opportunity to work with a behavioral consulting firm who was the catalyst for her love for ABA therapy. In 2020, MiKaila started working at the Flagler Public School as a severe needs para and behavioral interventionist. MiKaila is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus in ABA through Purdue Global University.
David Bond, BS
Registered Behavior Technician
David has has an Associates of Art degree in psychology and is almost done with Bachelor's degree with a double minor in Spanish and music from Metro State University. He enjoys ABA and the way it assists with helping young people learn. He is a professional guitar player and amateur music producer. He also loves chihuahuas.
Cameron Macy, BS
Registered Behavior Technician
Cameron graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Psychology. He is currently attending the University of Denver working towards a Master's in Sports Psychology. He has an interest in serving others and helping build life skills. He loves to watch movies, play basketball and board games, and read books in his free time.
Shalynn Richardson
Registered Behavior Technician & Site Coordinator
Shalynn studied social work at the University of Colorado Springs and is interested in working with children in need. She is looking forward to fulfilling this aspiration and to help extend our services to Eastern Colorado. In her own time she is a big reader, getting through multiple books a week. She also loves to hike.
Jeremy Brooks
Behavior Technician
Jeremy started working in ABA in January 2023 and loved working with the kids and helping them learn. Jeremy attended school at CSU Pueblo. In his free time he likes to play football, basketball, and enjoys drawing, working out, and helping his family.
Taylor Aureden, MA
Consultant in Training
Taylor is RBT Certified and graduated with a Masters in Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2022. Taylor's goal is to become BCBA certified in 2024. In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children; especially when it comes to staying active outdoors.

Liz is new to the field of ABA and is excited for her new career path. Liz joins CAC with history of administrative and coordination experience. During her free time, Liz likes to spend time with her family and two cats, listen to music, and go shopping.
