Ashley Haberman, MA, BCBA


Consultant & Pod Leader

Earning a Bachelor's of Science from Colorado State University, Ashley specialized in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Through her undergraduate degree, Ashley became passionate about ABA when working with children with disabilities. Since then, she has completed her Master's in ABA at the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. She moved back to Colorado to build fulfilling relationships. When she is not running, Ashley loves hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Kjersten Grinna, MA, BCBA


Consultant & Pod Leader

Kjersten graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's in Psychology and Spanish. Their special interests include skills-based treatment, bilingual teaching models, and adult daily living skills. When they are free, they like to spend time with loved ones and their pets, listen to music, play guitar, screen printing, and being outdoors. 

Yoruba Jones, MA


Consultant in Training

Yoruba completed her Bachelor's of Arts in Public Health and Psychology at the University of Colorado. She then graduated from the School of Education at the National University with a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is very interested in early intervention and working with young children to aid their development. She has a strong desire to provide quality service and loves helping people in accomplishing their goals. She loves to read, garden, spend time with her family, and hopes to travel more in the future.  

Elizabeth Alvarado
People Operations Assistant & Behavior Technician

Liz is new to the field of ABA and is excited for her new career path. Liz joins CAC with history of administrative and coordination experience. During her free time, Liz likes to spend time with her family and two cats, listen to music, and go shopping. 

Emily Wessel, MA, BCBA

Consultant

Emily graduated with a Masters degree in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. A friend told her about the field of ABA and she quickly fell in love with the kiddos and enjoyed being part of their learning journey. Emily believes that learning should be both intentional and fun. She enjoys gradually fading prompts to promote independence and seeing the way kids learn to communicate their wants and needs. With a little over 3 years of experience in the field Emily is looking forward to building valuable skills for our clients. In her own time, Emily likes hiking, tea, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Shalynn Richardson

Registered Behavior Technician & Site Coordinator

Shalynn studied social work at the University of Colorado Springs and is interested in working with children in need. She is looking forward to fulfilling this aspiration and to help extend our services to Eastern Colorado. In her own time she is a big reader, getting through multiple books a week. She also loves to hike. 

Melissa Schroeder, BA


Behavior Technician

Melissa's entrance into Applied Behavior Analysis stemmed from her background in developmental psychology and extensive experience working with children from infancy to adulthood over the course of several decades. Melissa's passion for working with children, coupled with the firsthand experience of having a grandson on the autism spectrum, further motivated me to pursue ABA. Additionally, Melissa brings over a decade of experience as a licensed childcare provider.  During her free time, Melissa enjoys acrylic painting on canvas, gardening, music, and reading. 

Tania Castro
Registered Behavior Technician

Tania comes to CAC from Brazil as a Pediatrician and faculty member at the University of Brazil. Tania is excited to merge her experiences as a pediatrician with ABA to make a meaningful impact to the clients served. During her free time, Tania enjoys traveling. 

Shaundi Newbolt, PhD


Behavior Technician

Shaundi Newbolt holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Denver. Shaundi is committed to fostering effective communication and positive outcomes. In her personal time, Shaundi enjoys arts and crafts, rock hounding, including panning for gold, participating in dinosaur digs, and rock collecting.

Anais Barros


Consultant in Training

With a BS in Biology from Regis University and a Master’s in ABA from Simmons University in progress, Anais has several years of experience working with individuals of all ages who have intellectual disabilities. She finds great fulfillment in building connections with clients and their families. Outside of work, Anais enjoys scrapbooking, journaling, painting, and coloring.

Kenndyl  Guillory
Registered Behavior Technician

Kenndyl has several years of experiences in ABA and is excited to continue growing in the field. She enjoys watching her clients improve their acquisition skills. In her free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and dancing.
